How does the five-hours-a-week guarantee work? If we don't find you at least five hours a week of time savings, you don't pay. We map your weekly tasks together and estimate the time saved on each one, so the number comes from your real week.
Do I need to be tech-savvy? No. I handle the setup and explain everything in plain language. If you can send an email, you can use what we build.
I handle tax returns, patient records or financial data. Can I still use AI? Often, yes, with the right setup. Tax professionals have IRS data-security obligations and medical practices have HIPAA. I help you choose tools and settings that fit those rules, and I tell you when a tool isn't appropriate for your data.
Do you keep access to my accounts afterwards? No. I use only the access the job requires and remove it when we're finished. That's standard practice in security and it's how I work with every client.
